This store operates under a dropship business model, meaning all tangible goods ship straight from partnered third-party supplier warehouses to the delivery address you input at checkout.
  • Domestic US Delivery Coverage

    Our shipping network serves all fifty U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery fees automatically calculate during checkout based on each package’s weight, physical dimensions and destination zone. Two delivery speed tiers are available for selection: standard ground shipping and expedited priority shipping that carries an additional surcharge. All quoted delivery transit windows are estimated values only and cannot be fully guaranteed due to unpredictable logistics disruptions.
  • Parcel Tracking Alert Mechanism

    After inventory is handed off to shipping carriers, an automated system email will dispatch to your checkout email address, containing your exclusive tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can monitor live delivery progress via our store’s order lookup page or the official website of your assigned shipping carrier.
  • Resolution For Lost Or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking record displays a delivered status yet you never receive your parcel, your first step is filing a delivery investigation request directly with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier completes their internal inquiry, forward your order ID and tracking reference number to our support team to submit an official loss claim. Refunds or replacement shipments will only be arranged once the carrier confirms the package is permanently lost.
  • Delivery Address Edit Restrictions

    All requests to adjust your shipping address must reach our support email within 12 hours after your order payment clears. Once packages enter the carrier’s transit network, address revisions become impossible to process. Livmori will not cover losses from misdelivered parcels stemming from incorrect address information provided by customers.
  • International Shipping Customs Disclosure

    We provide cross-border shipping services to a curated list of global nations and territories. Every import duty, local destination sales tax and customs brokerage administrative fee falls under the full financial responsibility of the receiving customer. Livmori will not reimburse any customs-related charges of any variety for international shipments.
