Every returned product must stay unmodified, retain original factory packaging, brand tags and matching accessories to pass inspection. Custom personalized merchandise, clearance sale goods, digital downloads, gift cards and unsealed beauty items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Split Shipping Cost Standards
- If items arrive damaged, have factory defects or we shipped the wrong product variant: Livmori bears the full cost of return shipping with zero extra charges for buyers.
- If you request a return due to personal preference, wrong sizing or unsatisfactory color: All return delivery fees rest on the customer, and initial checkout shipping expenses will not be refunded under any scenario.

Refund Execution RulesOnce our receiving warehouse completes inspection and approves your returned goods, funds will be sent back to your original payment channel within 5 to 7 business days. Any refund hold-ups caused by internal bank processing schedules are outside our operational scope and won’t qualify for supplementary compensation.
